Use cases

Client onboarding

Onboarding follows the scope already agreed with the client. The application collects what that scope requires and shows what has not arrived. Requests go out only for the access and answers named in that scope.

What goes in

The agreed scope, the information and access you require, kickoff materials, and the project records that must be created. Nothing outside that scope is requested.

What the engine does

  1. Request the information and access named in the scope.
  2. Prepare kickoff materials from the answers that have arrived.
  3. Create the project records the process calls for.
  4. Show missing answers and steps that are not finished.

What your team receives

Kickoff materials and project records based on what was provided, plus a visible list of gaps. The team can see an incomplete file before work starts from it. A blank answer stays on the record instead of being filled with an assumption.
