People can ask questions against the documents, procedures, and account history that have been connected. An answer comes back with the references it used. A gap or a conflict is shown rather than smoothed over. The team can see which document, procedure, or note the answer used.

What your team receives
An answer with references, or a clear statement of the gap or the conflict. The team can see what the response is based on. Silence in the connected material is reported as a gap, not filled with a guess.
