Use cases

Content production

Drafts are written from material the company has already approved, and they follow the writing standards you set. The application does not publish. If the approved sources do not cover a point, the draft says so instead of writing around the gap.

What goes in

Approved company knowledge, experiences, research, writing standards, and the evidence a draft is allowed to cite. The request also names which of those approved sources the piece may use.

What the engine does

  1. Use only the approved source material for the piece requested.
  2. Draft in the structure and standards the team set.
  3. Keep the supporting evidence attached to the point it supports.
  4. Hand the draft to the person who approves or publishes it.

What your team receives

A draft ready for review, with the supporting evidence still attached. Approval and publishing stay with the team. The person who publishes chooses what goes live.
