Use cases

Deliverable quality checks

A check compares a draft with the requirements, the client preferences on record, and the approved source material. It finds issues. It does not replace final review. Each issue points at the requirement, preference, or source it failed.

What goes in

The draft, the requirements, recorded client preferences, and the approved sources the work is supposed to follow. The check stops once the issues are named.

What the engine does

  1. Compare the draft with the requirements and preferences.
  2. Check claims and figures against the approved source material.
  3. Name the specific issue and where it appears.
  4. Return the work for correction before final review.

What your team receives

A list of specific issues and the draft sent back for correction. The responsible person still does the final review. The check does not rewrite the deliverable into a finished version.
